What types of homes qualify for the instant offer?
Single family homes under $300,000. They must be homes that are owner occupied or vacant,
and they must be in our buying areas - currently Shelby and Desoto County.

How does the offer process work?
Once we receive your request for an offer, our team will verify that your home meets the buying parameters.
If your home meets the requirements, an offer will be sent to you for review.
The offer will be all cash and as-is, but it will be contingent on an interior inspection. 

You can choose to close in 21 days, or if you need additional time, we can agree to a longer timeframe for you. 

Can I still sell my home if it doesn't meet the program requirements?
Absolutely! If your home does not eligible for the instant offer, we can put you in touch with
one of our premiere listing agents to help you get your home sold.
